You'll be the technical engine for the marketing and sales teams. Sit at the nexus of Engineering, Growth, and Operations and operate as a "startup within a startup." Dig into buyer psychology to build the calculators, mini-tools, and automated workflows that fill the pipeline.

What you'll do

Ship "value-first" products

Interactive tools (ROI calculators, microsites, Chrome extensions) that solve small problems for users and generate qualified leads.

Own the GTM tech stack

Master of the data flow. Connect and maintain integrations across modern CRM, outbound, data warehouse, and growth tooling.

Turn chaos into systems

Codify messy, manual processes. Automate them. Build the infrastructure that lets the team operate 100x faster.

Enable rapid experimentation

A/B testing frameworks and attribution tracking so Marketing can test 10x more ideas than competitors.

You might be a good fit if

  • 3+ years in Software Engineering, Growth Engineering, Product Analytics, or Revenue Operations — ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on with growth tech stacks, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and user data platforms — including building automations and integrations.
  • Expertise in ingestion, enrichment, lifecycle flows, and real-time logic for user signals and growth experiments.
  • Advanced SQL; working knowledge of Python or similar; experience with data pipelines and ETL.
  • Built with automation/integration platforms (Zapier, Retool, n8n, or similar).
  • Process-oriented with experience scaling systems for experimentation and growth.
  • Can translate complex workflows to technical and non-technical partners.
  • Like being in the office and collaborating in person.
  • Proactively identify and fix bottlenecks before they become blockers.
