Head of Product
Senior product leadership seat at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the marketing analytics and measurement space. Reports to the CEO. Owns the multi-year roadmap and leads the company's transformation into an AI-native, agent-driven platform.
You'll own the product vision, strategy, and execution. Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, you'll lead the company's transformation into an AI-native, agent-driven platform that fundamentally changes how the world's largest advertisers prove and improve the impact of their media investments. You'll build, lead, and scale a world-class product organization, set the multi-year roadmap, partner at peer level with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales, and serve as the external face of the product to customers, partners, analysts, press, and the board.
Key responsibilities
- Set the product vision and strategy. Translate it into a prioritized roadmap with clear bets, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the AI-native transformation — agent-driven workflows, conversational interfaces, autonomous analysis, contextual intelligence, human-in-the-loop decisioning. Partner with Engineering on architectural calls around agent orchestration, model management, RAG strategy, evaluations, and tracing.
- Build and scale the product organization across PM, design, and product ops. Establish the operating cadence — discovery, prioritization, planning, launch, post-launch.
- Drive cross-functional execution at the executive level. Own roadmap planning, resource allocation, OKRs, QBRs, and investment trade-off conversations.
- Be the external face of the product — directly engaging the world's largest brands, agency partners, board members, analysts, and press.
- Tie product strategy to revenue, retention, expansion, and gross margin. Partner with Sales and CS on packaging, pricing, positioning, and GTM for AI-led capabilities.
- Champion AI execution excellence — rapid prototyping, rigorous evaluation, disciplined build-vs-buy decisions.
Ideal experience
- 15+ years of product management experience, with 5+ at VP/SVP/CPO level leading multi-team orgs in B2B SaaS, enterprise data platforms, or analytics. Track record scaling product orgs through significant ARR growth.
- Hands-on agentic AI experience: personally architecting, shipping, and scaling LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, multi-step agents, conversational interfaces, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Technical fluency to participate in deep conversations on model selection, agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), prompt engineering, retrieval architecture, and evaluation methodology.
- Deep working knowledge of marketing measurement, MarTech, AdTech, or marketing analytics. Familiarity with incrementality, MMM, attribution, experimentation, and full-funnel media measurement is a strong differentiator.
- Has taken net-new products 0→1 and also scaled established product lines through hyper-growth.
- Outstanding executive presence. Crisp written and verbal communicator.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in CS, Statistics, or Mathematics) a plus.
